I help business owners take control of their time and operations
Together, we improve your skills in time and calendar management, effective task organization, and strategies to overcome procrastination.
But everything changed when I got to college and got married.
For the first time, I had complete autonomy over my schedule; and I quickly realized I didn’t know how to handle it.
While pursuing a degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, I was constantly overwhelmed. I consistently asked professors for extensions because I couldn’t meet assignment deadlines. Outside of school, things weren’t much better; I missed credit card payments because I forgot to set them to autopay or lost track of due dates entirely. I spent hours on the phone requesting for late fees to be waived, feeling frustrated and embarrassed.
Even though I relied on phone reminders to stay on top of tasks, I’d snooze them endlessly; sometimes up to 45 reminders a day; because the sheer number of things I needed to do felt paralyzing. I was stuck in a cycle of procrastination, stress, and inaction, unsure how to regain control of my life
One day, while sitting in my office, I came across on a social media ad for a free class, 'how to stop drowning in piles of papers' I remember thinking, Wow, that sounds too good to be true; I could really use that.
Not only did I watch the free class, but I immediately signed up for their full course, which consisted of about 20 hours of recorded modules. I was so eager to make a change that I finished the entire course in just two days.
It was like a breath of fresh air. For the first time, I realized there was a way to reduce the overwhelm in my life, and it felt liberating.
That experience sparked a journey for me to dive deeper into productivity and explore ways to improve other areas of my life. I started learning about reducing distractions, overcoming procrastination, setting up my day for success, managing my email inbox, and so much more.
Once I implemented these systems; organizing my tasks, creating folders and files, and knowing exactly what needed to be done and made me feel like a completely different person. Having a clear system in place gave me a sense of control, clarity, and peace of mind that I’d been missing for so long.
A little while later, I was watching a webinar where the presenter mentioned that helping others in areas where we’ve personally grown and developed skills can be incredibly rewarding. That idea really resonated with me.
As I reflected on my own journey, the area that stood out the most was productivity and efficiency; not because I was naturally gifted in it, but because I had transformed my own life in this area.
That transformation not only changed my life but also ignited a passion for helping others achieve the same.
Because I’ve been through the struggle, I can deeply relate to those who feel stuck and overwhelmed. I approach each client with empathy and encouragement, knowing firsthand that there’s a better way to live. It’s incredibly fulfilling to guide others toward that better way and watch their lives transform as they gain control and confidence in managing their time and priorities.
